I received excellent, prompt, careful advice on a complicated legal matter that has several tricky implications beneath the surface, and this advice clearly came from an experienced and smart attorney, Ms. Lasky. (She's also funny, smart, and nice.) They charge reasonable fees and are very honest and clear up front about their pricing and processes. Highly recommended!

Cindy and her staff were absolutely amazing! I was overseas when I started the process and they did not hesitate to help me and give me everything that I needed to go forth. They kept in touch with me very frequently with any new information that came to their attention. They were professional with me and my father, whom I designated to handle any situation while I was gone. They were up front and super honest with me which I absolutely love. When I found myself in need of legal counsel to acquire legal rights to my daughter, I had no idea who to turn to. We were referred to Lasky Law Firm by a friend after a bad experience with our original attorney. Our case was assigned to Heather Visali and we are so thankful for her. Ours was a simple case made difficult and long by those on the other side of the table. Heather was by our side through it all and truly was our advocate in every sense of the word. The office staff was always professional and courteous, especially Judy. Our phone calls or emails were responded to promptly. There was a brief time frame with an inept paralegal but she is no longer with the firm so I'm not going to hold that against them. I've read all the other reviews. both good and bad, and we did not experience any of the negative situations mentioned in the bad reviews. I have recommended Heather and the Lasky Law Firm to several people, both while our case was active and now that it's been finalized.

Paid for an attorney had a paralegal show up & got to totally screwed! She sat there & did nothing but sign paperwork!

They turned what started as a horrific nightmare into a smooth successful experience. John and the rest of the staff I worked with were excellent in every way, while guiding me through my case. They showed empathy, were quick to answer all of my questions and made me feel like I was their only client (which I had never experienced before with past legal help). They were able to get my son and I everything I was fighting for and could not be happier. Thank you all for the support and fighting so hard for what was right. If you are a father (not a deadbeat) trying to get his child back, look no further, they will fight for you like they are fighting for their own children.
