My experience at 3 Oaks was fantastic. Appointments were easy to make, they were always on time, and Courtney spent time getting to know my needs and explaining every detail. I would definitely recommend this firm for estate planning needs.

Best attorneys and staff ever. Learned a lot on our visit. Had no idea when we came in. Very professional and knowledgeable. They helped and explained so much. If we hadn’t did this the right way with their help it would have took alot of time and money later on. Iwe were very happy and pleased. Also loved the beautiful binder which separated the sections and different wills. Would highly recommend them. They have alot of patience since I didn’t know much and asked alot of questions. They explained everything in detail which was very helpful.

Estate planning for your family can be complicated and overwhelming. Sabrina and her team made it effortless. I cannot imagine trusting this important part of life to anyone else.

Excellent experience. We chose to trust Three Oaks Law for family estate planning to ensure our daughters needs are taken care of in the event we cannot be there for her. They were professional, understanding, and patient while we worked through tough issues to consider.

In a quick review of the previous comments, it doesn't look like I will be offering anything other than a consistent opinion in relaying our experience. Long story short, my brother and I arrived in Florida expecting to visit Mom only to find the situation was far worse than expected and much more alarming than she had let on for the last couple of months. She was almost unrecognizable since our last visit just a couple months prior. She already had a will and other documents prepared. But after tearing the house apart, we could not locate them. A call to the previous attorney failed to produce any results because they failed to recognize (or appreciate) the gravity of the situation. At the time, it was late February and they said, "We might be able to get you an appointment in April." All I was requesting was a copy of what they put together for Mom. So, hell with it, we'll find a different attorney and draft a new package. After reading reviews, my gut told me this is the firm. My gut was right. After explaining our situation, Three Oaks went all-in and cranked out a full estate package in 24 hours. In our eyes, they truly pulled off a miracle. But don't let the expedience fool you. Everyone demonstrated extreme attention to detail in observing our specific needs and language. Additionally, they recognized gaps in our legal knowledge and made appropriate recommendations for our situation. Sorry, ladies, if the following statement creates a new customer expectation, but it must be stated as it illustrates what I perceived to be genuine compassion and a desire to serve. Our stubborn and proud mother finally conceded to our pleading to go to the hospital. I notified the gang of this new development and we coordinated an appointment....on the way to the hospital! Due to Mom's lack of mobility (a new condition to us upon our arrival in Jax), the crew went into 'all hands on deck' mode and set up a car-side review and signing of documents complete with conference table; a first of its kind for Three Oaks if I recall the comments correctly. Despite the wind (papers trying to fly away) and the heat, they meticulously went through the impressively organized binder with a level of efficiency that honestly brings a tear to my eye. And to one or two of the eyes of the ladies who shall remain nameless. Once again, this only bolsters the magnitude of their compassion. The high degree of teamwork demonstrated simply can't be falsely replicated, something this old Marine appreciates. It was quite obvious and relieving, to leave their office with the sense that Three Oaks has their "stuff" together. Sadly, Mom passed a few days later in Hospice; yet another component of the package I reluctantly had to exercise. In fact, during this entire emotionally charged rollercoaster, we've actually exercised every component of their package from Power of Attorney to Ladybird deed. Several on the receiving end of the documents have expressed just how comprehensive those documents are and we have met little to no resistance in getting these painful tasks completed. In some cases, I have flipped to a page, pointed to a section, and stated, "No, you're incorrect, this line right here grants the exact authority" and the summoned supervisor tells the representative, yes the customer is correct. In total, we spent three weeks away from family, friends, and coworkers-our entire support network. There is no doubt in my mind that without Three Oaks Law, our return to home would not have been as quick and our experience far more painful. You all are truly a silver lining to an otherwise dismal trip to Florida. We will be singing your praises for years to come. And by the way, how many attorney firms reach out with a phone call two weeks later to check on things? Thank you, ladies. This is my long story short.

I brought my mom in to get her estate plan documents done. The staff was extremely helpful and took great care of her. Attorney Courtney Ray helped guide her thru the process and helped her understand everything. She even took care of the deed for her property so it would go straight to her beneficiary and not need to go thru probate. Now she is relieved to have everything in order and she can enjoy this next phase of her life! I would highly recommend Three Oaks Law!
