Matthew Parker is the best real estate marketer I have ever met! He’s very compassionate about doing the right thing for the client and his customer satisfaction is impeccable! Would highly recommend.

If you care it all about your property stay away from this real estate company Andrew Nebesnyk is truly a piece of work. If you're purchasing a property from these people run as fast as you can! They repair the property with the cheapest products possible if they repair it all they hire people that lie and say they did work that they did not do so if you want to be like me and have all the paint peel off your house one month after you purchase a $200,000 home by all means call them. He's rude ruthless and he's a liar please let my pain be your games stay away from this company. He said he was sending painters back by to finish work never happened electrical not upgraded one problem after another spare yourself the headache.i threatened a lawsuit because Andrew told my agent he wld call me abt sending out a painter and 2 wks later he still hadn't contacted me in that regard.our house was poorly prepped which is why our paint is mildewing & coming off the house

Realtor was nice, walked us thru stuff as first time buyer. Couple years later we turn around to sell and find out the inspector they insisted on using missed so many issues, didn’t even check the attic. Etc Do your research on the inspectors.

Everyone seems inexperienced. There was no concern for negotiating best offer, etc. for us. Communication was poor and very confusing. We weren’t properly informed of our rights and timelines. Many concerns at beginning were ignored/brushed aside when voiced. I wouldn’t recommend. Plus they want to charge you an extra 250 dollars on top of commission for their services. Making a sale/making money is all they seem to care about,

Working with Ella was fantastic, I always felt like I had someone in my corner and I never felt like an inconvenience. If she didn't know the answer to a question she took the time to do the research and provided that along with her recommendation which meant more to me. She clearly has a passion for helping others buy and sell and it shows in the quality of her work. I would 100% use her again in the future!
