Michelle Weaver helped me purchase my condo at the beach and was on her A game every step of the way! She always answered my phone calls and was always early to show me homes! I work in the Real Estate field and can appreciate a great realtor - Michelle was AMAZING. To detail a little more: The seller of the condo I purchased did not want to negotiate closing costs or purchase price. They had a number they felt comfortable with and were not budging. Michelle did her research and through several conversations with the listing agent, i got my home for $5k under asking price and the seller paid all of my closing costs! I will highly recommend her to any one that is looking to buy/sell their home.

Brittany was great every step of the way! This was our first house and definitely didn't know anything about the home-buying experience, but with Brittany's help we were able to get our dream home! Whenever we had a question, no matter what time of day, she got back to us super quick. She always knew the right questions to ask the sellers, the listing agent, the lender, and all other individuals involved. She also always made sure we were on time with all of our deadlines (thank goodness because we would NOT have been able to do that on our own) and made the home-buying experience an enjoyable one. 100% recommend Brittany!
