I was in a car accident in 2017. I was sitting at a red light and a semi truck ran into the back of me. The situation was very scary from the start. The company had their own representative come up to the scene of the accident and it was very intimidating. I reached out to a local, well-known lawyer in Jacksonville. The firm seem to be a bit to busy for me and anytime I called with questions on my case. They seemed a bit frustrated or even if I called to make sure I was doing things properly when it came to my case they never wanted to help. I shared my experience at this point with a close friend and she recommended that I reach out to Ron Sholes. That had to be the biggest game changer in my case! My case was with a semi truck and company, I needed a firm that would handle my case with care and detail. Ron Sholes office that’s exactly what I got. Everyone was so helpful when it came to my case I could call as much as I wanted with any type of question I had, and there was no hesitation to help. After being in an accident it is very hard to deal with everything that comes with that. The offices of Ron Sholes definitely took that burden away from me and my family. After my accident, I experienced lots of pain, so that was a big blessing in itself just to have some of that weight lifted off and know that my case was in good hands. Something that was really funny about my old firm when I decided to switch the head lawyers blew my phone up for me to come back. I had a great experience working with the law firm of Ron Sholes. Throughout my case, his team reached out to ensure I was satisfied with the service. I even got a call from Ron himself! He designated me to work with attorney, Alex. Alex waisted no time in ensuring I got the treatment I needed and the funds that were entitled to me. I'd definitely recommend them again.

I met with and had a consultation with the Ron Sholes firm and was very pleased with their professionalism and the time they spent going over the details of my case and what I could expect from the start to finish of my case. They were straight forward and up front about the complexity of my case and some of the potential challenges we could face and how we would have to fight back against the opposing counsel. I hired the Ron Sholes firm because I believed they were equipped and committed to handle my case and do what was necessary to get the best possible outcome. I was beyond pleased and my expectations were exceeded. I was assigned the trial team to handle my case and worked closely with Alex Nobregas and his team because it was clear the opposing side wasn’t willing to be reasonable even after accepting respond and were assigned fault from the beginning. They went above and beyond in doing their due diligence to dig their heels in and work the file aggressively - getting expert witnesses, depositions from all providers/ people involved, cell phone records for the driver of the other car, etc. Nothing was missed. My case was very complicated and took a few years to resolve due to many factors and complexity of my case and I had a pre-existing condition with previous accidents and doctor notes on file with surgical recommendations. This was a fight until the end and Alex and his team was always dedicated to the best outcome & result - never pushing mediation and willing to go to trial if I was in for waiting.. and I was.. my condition has worsened severely from the date of my accident and my condition required a major neck reconstructive surgery with therapy and many other doctor appts and my medical bills more than quadrupled. The Ron Sholes firm continued to support my case and follow it all of the way through. My chances of having a really good settlement because it was considered a “bad faith” case were very low - high medical bills, my Long Term Disability carrier putting a lien against the future settlement funds, state disability and more. It became more and more difficult and complex. They came through with a bang - found all of the loopholes - negotiated all of the lien holders - got some to write off completely - wore down the other side. Time was on our side in some ways and I feel I got the best possible outcome and was beyond pleased with the settlement I was awarded. It was way more than I anticipated and gave me a peace of mind knowing I will have something to fall back on for my care for the future as I get back on my feet. This team is A+ and certainly knows the Injury Law business - I would definitely recommend them and the Ron Sholes firm to anyone needing this type of help in these unfortunate situations in life. Review Attorney Ron Sholes team is second to none. Attorney Jessica Lanifero was our assigned Head Attorney. Attorney Ron Sholes did not go wrong adding her to his aggressive team. I have not ever worked with a more diligent, professional firm. Customer service has been excellent as they return calls promptly and answer every question. They have a small personal home town feel with client relationships. Then you visit any of there offices and you know they mean business by top of the line, quality presentation with an aggressive strategy. I highly recommend this law firm.
