An injury from an accident changed my life! When my primary care doctor informed me that she didn't treat auto accidents, I was at a loss of where to seek treatment after Urgent Care. After struggling with that, we sent an email to Harrell and Harrell attorneys, they gave me some referrals and really helped me get in with the right Doctors. Thank you to Amy Carrasquillo and her team!! You fought hard to make the insurance company take responsibility and get the care I need now and will need in the future. Thank you also to Greg Schlax and his team that handled the early days of this process. You all worked hard and kept me informed on next steps, etc. An accident is not something anyone wants to go through, but this entire staff made it something I didn't have to go through alone. Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Garrett are the most wonderful people. They deeply care about their clients and go out of their way to make a stressful experience more manageable. Ms. Tiffany helped me so much and always took the time to call and check on my status and doctor appointments. Renee is part of an excellent firm that is a definite asset to this area. They treat everyone like family and take the time to listen. There should be more lawyers like the individuals who work at this firm.

My case started back in January 2019. I value communication. In the beginning there was a lot of non communication. It took me 6 months before hearing from an attorney. Very stressful, but I live by it's not how you start the race that matters , it's how you finish the race. I won the race when I met Ms. Stephanie Centeno and Mr. Brown. Ms. Centeno has truly been a great communicator and a advocate toward getting my case settled. I rate this review a #5 because of her caring, understanding, professionalism and for her communications with me. She is truly an asset to this company. I can't thank her and Mr. Brown enough for bringing my case to a close.

Tiffany Giordano has been my rock since April 13 2021 happened. Horrible accident and she has been there for all my needs, questions and letting me use her for a sounding board and a shoulder to cry and and a friend to rant in anger to. I hired them based on their one and only workers comp attorney. Her name was Estonia Garrett. Soon after I hired her she went out on maternity leave told me and told me that there were two other attorneys that were capable of taking care of my case in her absence. I made a pitch for a pre-surgical settlement and was told that it would not happen until mystery returned. She was not due to return until after my surgery. Then I was told that yes we could do proceed without her. Then I was told no that she wanted to wait until after she got back to worry about my case. So my case was just left idle while she was out. Then she never even really returned. So my case just set idle there and with nobody doing anything. My only saving Grace has been Stephanie centeno. She has very much been an advocate for me and attempting to get the things that I feel need to be done taking care of. She is very much a blessing to you this company. Overall I am not impressed. I feel like I'm losing money in my settlement because they wanted to sit back idle and wait for Miss garrett. I didn't realize that when I hired Harold and Harold that it was really heroin Harold hired Ms Garrett and everything went according to what she wanted. I was under the impression that when I hired them they worked for me. But obviously that was not the case

Diane Cassaro(Attorney), and Lin Dew are amazing. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and truly caring. During my case they kept me informed every step of the way, responding to my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. It is not often to have a truly positive experience throughout an entire case with an attorney, however I have had nothing but a positive experience with these folks. I recommend them highly to anyone that is needing representation.
