I contacted Harrell and Harrell to see if I had a medical malpractice case. I messaged their office and the assistant I messaged said she would transfer me so I could talk to her boss. So I did and I waited and waited and I got his answering machine. So I hung up and went back to finding someone else to hear if I had a case. So he contacts me back a few minutes later and he asked about my case, I told him and at the end he asked a few questions. He then said that from what he heard he didn't hear anything that would justify a case. Let me rephrase that, he said I might have a case for small claims court but nothing that would be worth his time. Excuse me? As soon as I heard that I tried to get off the phone but then he tried to justify what he meant. I knew what he meant, he wouldn't of made millions from this case so it wasn't worth his time. All these lawyers are all the same, they care about money, not people.

I went with them because of their reputation. However my lawyer of over two years left the firm. August 29th I'll meet my new lawyer at my first Mediation. Can tell you more after that. I met with my new lawyer yesterday August 29th as planned and was not disappointed. I wish I would of had this one from the start. I would recommend Harrell and Harrell to anyone needing an attorney. I hope I never need one again but if I do they will surely be my choice. Not sure if it's appropriate to mention names so I'll leave it at that.
