Century Law Firm helped me in one of the most difficult times of my life, and I am a Senior Disabled Woman! Anytime I was confused or concerned or even scared I would call, fax or email and they held my hand with kindness and sincerity. I just signed my Completion letter with Yvonne and I feel that they were with me the whole way, even during this time of Pandemic! I would recommend them to anyone in need of HONEST HELP!

I am glad I found Century Law Firm. Very professional and trusted. I got my first update today and it was pleasure speaking with Dominique. I can strongly recommend this company and its representative are doing wonderful job taking care of clients and explaining things at each step of the process.

Zero star company. BEWARE. After reading other reviews I thought this was the company for me to finally start my journey to be debt free. Boy was I wrong. I have never once received a statement, phone call, text, email about the status of my account. CLF takes my money every month and now 32 months into the program added an additional 5 months to my contract without even notifying me. I call customer service everyday asking to speak to a supervisor. They place me on hold for over 10 minutes and ask me if the supervisor can call me back. DAYS later they do. I finally spoke with Morgan Gilboy last week and after waiting 5 days for a call back with an update I called again today with no luck of getting in contact with her. PLEASE DO NOT USE CENTURY LAW FIRM. They promise that your credit score will increase within the first year. I am now 32 months in the program and my credit score has not increased. They are a used car sale company that just added on an additional 5 payments to my already negotiated 42 month program. How many more additional payments are they going to add? I don't know because no one will call or email me back. I fell completely taken advantage of. They far the worst experience I have ever been though. My original debt was 44,200 dollars. My payment was 784.85 for 42 months for a total of 32,963.70 a savings of almost $12,000. Now CLF is adding an additional 5 payments for a total of 47 payments at the same monthly rate of 784.85 for a total of 36,887.95 for an overall savings of 7,312.03. Which in my opinion is not worth all the stress I have gone through of creditors still calling and knocking on my door. I would have dealt with the credit card companies myself and probably saved the same amount. I am still waiting to hear back from anybody at Century Law Firm. Hopefully within the week they may call.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Century Law Firm. I have only been in the program for seven months and they have already settled two of my accounts. And they have kept me informed as to what they are working on.

I am thankful to have been directed to Century Law Firm by a sister company of theirs. Everyone I have spoken with has been very professional. I have just recently spoken with Chosen who was very helpful in getting me up to date with their progress on our accounts. So far in our journey of the program, they have saved us a total of $11,883.84 off of the balances of 4 of our creditors. WOW, is all I can say, and thank you Century Law Firm for all of your hard work on our behalf in lowering our debts!

I have been with Century 9 months. I was not so sure when I first started. It didn't seem like anything was being done the first months then they started making progress with some of my credit card companies. Everything is really on the move now andI am very pleased with the progress. I am not sorry I went with Century. Great company and great, helpful, respectful and sometime humorous personnel.
