I had the opportunity to speak with a gentleman named Ruben and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very patient and passionate. Extremely knowledgeable and matter of fact. I loved how direct he was. Also I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed and yet he rearranged dialogue to assist me with gaining understanding. In addition, the call I was waiting on was exactly on time. Very professional!!! Thank you!! Also would like to mention the people monitoring the phones. I made a mistake making an appointment and yet they were very sweet and understanding and promptly fixed it. In their line of work I know they catch every aweful attitude out their and yet were not very cynical at all. That was very appreciated.

Going through the process of filing a quitclaim deed and Ruben straight up ghosted me. After some back and forth, he went MIA and didn't respond to repeated attempts to communicate. Called a different firm and was taken care of right away.

I had 11am appointment with Ruben in Jacksonville office today. He was very rude and demeaning I couldn't get a word in. His whole attitude towards me trying to get my house out of foreclosure was negative. He wasn't trying to give me any options or tell me there are no options. He asked me if I wanted house because I needed somewhere to live. That was it for me I told him I have somewhere to live for 7yrs now. His arrogant attitude towards me will be spreaded throughout Jacksonville. Poor representation of the company.
