I actually hired Taylor McQuaide from this law firm. I had mediation scheduled and just days before it Taylor had an unexpected/uncontrollable emergency at no fault of her own. The firm explained the situation and asked for my spouse and his attorney to reschedule mediation. But him and his attorney were very difficult about it and refused to reschedule mediation. J. Demere Mason stepped in at the last minute and attended the mediation with me. We were not able to come to an agreement at mediation and are heading for court next. But it was nice to be with an attorney's office where they worked as a team to ensure I had representation at a very difficult time. I am still not looking forward to court as I'm sure no one would be. I will be heading to court with Taylor as my attorney. But I am confident I have a lawyer's office who is going to represent me well.

I hired Demere about a year and a half ago after moving to Florida from Georgia. My case was complex in that I had several steps that had to be done in order to achieve what I wanted which was to modify custody. My divorce was finalized in GA and I had to domesticate the case here so that custody could be modified given the long-distance involved. In addition, there was significant back child support owed that also had to be addressed. Demere listened to what I wanted and we ended up with a great settlement. I was impressed by the level of strategy that he implemented throughout the course of my litigation. Regardless of your specific issue, you can be rest assured he’ll fight for the best possible outcome .
