Matthew was nothing short of amazing in the care of my case. It just happened to be circumstantial that I live out of state but due to the situation I was in/used an attorney from FL. I have since had phone conversations with Mr. Baggett concerning an unrelated situation as I would trust him with any of my affairs. He took time and did all due diligence. I want to take the time to write a Google review for attorney Brian Moore. I don’t normally write reviews but Brian’s handling of our family’s case was so exemplary that a review is more than warranted. Brian was able to successfully win our very challenging case because of his determination, thoroughness, tenacity, follow through and excellent communication skills. Brian made sure to consistently keep us appraised as each stage of the case went through. As hurdles were faced, Brian carefully considered how to overcome these challenges and crafted effective action plans. We were never left guessing as to where our case was and how it was being handled. Brian is not only a very intelligent and highly effective attorney—he is also a very kind person who sincerely cares about the clients he serves. He even followed up with our family after the case to see how the injured party was faring. Brian deserves an A+ for his integrity, his skills and his effectiveness in fighting for justice. Our entire family highly recommends him. Thanks to Brian and his skills and tenacity, he was able to make an injury feel less painful as he fought for justice and was able to successfully win our case.

Worst experience ever. In my opinion this lawyer does not have the financial capability to properly prosecute a case. We were very concerned by the lack of activity and willingness to invest in the case. I think his representation of my minor son was materially flawed and I also think this one man firm does not have the resources needed to successfully prosecute a complicated case. It seems to me soon after we started asking him tough questions he fired us and I think it was because he does not like being made accountable. I believe he resigned at the worst possible time on purpose and caused my entire family great angst and nervousness. We got a great one now and thanks God! Some of these reviews looks like they may not be clients? Caveat Emptor.
