On September 14, I signed an agreement with Ms. Eilert to represent me in court, paying her, at her request, an advance of $2,500. More than 3 weeks after signing the contract, she did not find time or did not want to find time to meet with me and give me the opportunity to acquaint her with the facts and materials of my case and develop a strategic plan of action. Ms. Eilert, at first neglecting her direct obligations under the contract and wasting time preparing and familiarizing herself with the materials and facts available in the case, stepped aside from the case. Then, having appeared in court on 10/05/2022, and to the judge’s question about the reason for dismissing the case, she did not hesitate to lie to the judge, pursuing her personal interests and covering up her guilt for negligence in my case, she answered: “lack of facts of the prosecution”, about the presence of which I have repeatedly spoken and wanted to acquaint her! With her unprofessional behavior, Mrs. Eilert caused great damage to a very important matter for me, on which the safety of my life and the life of my family depended! And also a professional statement in court about the absence of facts of the accusation against the defendant, which is a lie, reduced my chances of winning to zero! P.S. And also, despite the fact that Mrs. Eilert not only failed to fulfill her obligations under the contract, but also caused major damage, and not only did not return the money given to her in advance for conscientious work, it seems that she is not and is not going to return it!

I highly recommend Winnie Eilert for legal services. She helped me with a family law case in Duval county Florida. As an unmarried father in Florida, I had zero rights to my little girl and a mother who liked to remind me of that every chance she got. So I initially tried to file for paternity myself but didn't know what I was doing. I contacted legal aid and Ms Eilert accepted my case. The case ended in arbitration without having to go to court with me obtaining full rights and majority custody of my daughter. I appreciate all the hard work Ms. Eilert put into my case and would definitely retain her again if needed.

As I journeyed into the uncharted territory of being involved in a criminal traffic violation for the first time, I can't recommend Ms. Staats enough, as I have only a certain amount of characters in which to sing her praises. You defiantly need her to be your guide in preparing you for the process you will be facing in your criminal traffic offense. She went above, beyond, and into the stratosphere for me and was always available to answer each and every question with an assured and confident tone and a kind voice. She will walk you through each and every step of the process up to and including your court date and give you constant contact and communication every step of the way. I was never hesitant to ask questions and always was given all the info I sought. Her office will be in constant contact with you through the entire process and you will receive all copies of the motions and actions regarding your case via email. Every move that takes place for your case will be communicated and sent to you and explained thoroughly. If you have any questions their door is always open and I always received an immediate response. To not hire Ms. Staats is not give yourself the defense you need.

Winnie prepared wills and POA for my wife and me. We had changes to first draft and she turned those around quickly and accurately. All done in a timely manner.
