I would like to share my excellent experience that I had with Harrell and Harrell. I didn't know what to expect when I set up my initial consultation. I immediately was put at ease and was assured that they would do their best to help me. My case was assigned to Nick Lake and his assistant Diane Eucare. Throughout the whole process they kept me informed and never overpromised anything. Their professionalism and timeliness in the process kept me reassured that they had my interests at heart. Nick Lake is fantastic. Working with him is a joy...his firm, not so much. Its unfortunate because all the way through I felt very cared for and then when it became time to "close the deal" so to speak, it seems like things went a little haywire. When dealing with Renee Harrell, I felt very much like a transaction instead of a person and that was disappointing. I actually just decided to settle because I didnt want to deal with it anymore. I would work with Nick again, but not Harrell and Harrell. I give Nick a 5 and Harrell & Harrell a 1 to average out as a 3.

I came to H&H after my accident because they are a family company and I got the impression, after talking to two other major firms, that their caring attitudes were real. I could not get through to a lawyer at either of the two firms and after talking with Nancy Greg (paralegal) and a brief hold, I was speaking to an attorney. He agreed to take my case and turned me back to Nancy. From that point on she handled everything. She was always available when I called and called me frequently and updated me as to the status of the case. Long story short, the case has been settled for the policy maximum and I will soon have a check. May the good Lord have mercy on whomever has face this law firm .They are outstanding.

I was told that I had a very good case with witness, however after over a year they bowed out send me to another attorney, not of my choosing, and nothing happened so far. I was kept out of the loop, with both attorneys - most of the time, and had to fire both attorneys. Go some place else.
