Growing up in Jacksonville I'd heard about Harrell & Harrell, but this was the first time I needed legal assistance. Holt Harrell was the most accommodating and professional experience I could've had. He walked me through everything every step of the way, and made himself available to me for any questions or concerns. He showed me that I wasn't alone in the situation and that we would continue to work for a justified resolution. From the day I hired Harrell & Harrell to the day I settled, I had an extremely positive experience with this law firm, especially with my lawyer Holt Harrell and his fantastic team consisting of June Entsminger and Becca Kisling. I have never been involved in a lawsuit before, so needless to say I was completely clueless about the entire process, but Holt, June, and Becca put me at ease and were there every step of the way. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and thoughtfully, every document presented to me was gone over with care and expertise, and I was kept up to date with timely correspondence via emails and/or phone calls. First, starting my journey with Harrell and Harrell, I felt so many mixed emotions. "Is it worth it?" "Do I want to deal with the legal system?" And the list goes on.
