Experience with Harrell & Harrell has been nothing but a pleasure. I got my phone calls and e-mails returned as soon as possible, dealt with the most sincere and respectful people. I've heard rumors about other law firms, and when I was told to give Harrell & Harrell a chance I of course did so, and am sure glad I did. I'm very greatful and blessed to choose them!

I just received my final settlement check today and I wanted to take a second to thank you, Amy and your firm for all the time, energy and hard work. I appreciate you making yourself available to take my questions and putting in the extra effort in explaining everything as we went. Amy is one sharp young lady; she was always very pleasant to talk with and I really felt like I was always kept in the loop, and that alone made this whole thing significantly less stressful. I was very surprised when Amy called to tell me I had a little more money coming; I know she went out of her way to work with my medical vendors and that just went a really long way with me. I feel the settlement that I received was fair and definitely provides the security one needs to have when in a situation like this. I was very impressed with the service I received with Harrell & Harrell. They were very professional and kept in touch regularly. I never really had to call them as they were great about updating me on my case. I was also impressed that my case was finalized so quickly! Nov.19,12, my husband and I were in a car accident on the interstate. Due to someone swerving in our lane, we were forced to swerve into another lane and lost control of the car, our car flipped several times until it was right side up again. Until this day I cannot express the trauma my husband and I faced. Needless to say we were intensely banged up. We called Harrell and Harrell. Jeff came out to take our information the day we got out of the hospital (which was a week later). Afterwards all of our conversations were with our Paralegal. My husband is the bread winner between us and he was out of work for almost 3 months and If it were not for the Paralegal team at this Law Firm, our financial situation would have been devastating. I'd like to thank Paralegals Ms. Delores Stuart and Ms. Lauralee Rodriguez for EVERYTHING!! If a law firm is only as good as their paralegals, then the law firm of Harrell and Harrell is "THE BOMB" and I do mean that in a good way. Everything was handled and settled exactly 3 months to the day of our accident. My husband and I cannot thank you enough. God is good.
