I approached Attorney , Ashwin Sharma for help with my EB2 adjustment of status. I knew from my first meeting , Ashwin has tremendous experience with Immigration related cases . First and fore most Ashwin and his team are always available via phone and email. I received a NOID on my case and was nervous but Ashwin was empathetic , took the time to assure me of the merits of my case and assured me of success. His decades of experience with Employment based adjustment of cases helped address my case effectively. It’s really hard to find attorney’s like Ashwin , with rich experience in immigration matters and truly empathetic to their clients. Thank fully , i made the right choice. I highly recommend Ashwin for all immigration related cases.

Ashwin helped me file for H1B non-immigrant visa. He was the first lawyer who took the time to explain the process to me in detail. Even though I've been through this several times before, I realized there is so much I did not know. He kept me updated through the process and minimized my workload. If you cannot reach him by phone, email him. He responds within the hour no matter what time of the day! We had issues with LCA filing in my case but Ashwin and his team worked through those and asked me not to worry. They use technology to make document sharing simpler - I did not have to travel to his office even once. I also had some issues with wages from my previous job and Ashwin went out of his way to talk to me about those and guide me in the right direction. He is dynamic and upfront - a pleasure to work with.

We had an emergency situation in India and we need to go to India along with our older son. Except him (whose renewed card has been lost by USPS), we all got the EAD/AP renewed cards. When I reached out Attorney Sharma, he immediately helped me out with the matter of urgency and filed the replacement application on the next day. Also, after receiving the receipt, he immediately called USCIS to expedite the case and got it approved very shortly. I really appreciate his timely action on this case and handling all my late hour calls too.
