The whole process was frustrating. Every time I either spoke to Nicole (attorney) or corresponded with her regarding my daughter, she was extremely condescending. I felt like I was being talked to like I was the insurance company..like I was stupid. We have never been through something like this and I feel she could have a better bedside manor. She is supposed to guide people throughout this process with out making it worse for the victims

With Covid (and subsequent backlog in the world as we knew it) this settlement took longer than anyone could have imagined just before the pandemic hit. Brenda kept in constant contact and kept me from giving up. Now that our case is finally settled I am delighted with the way Adam negotiated the settlement.
