A couple of years ago, I was in a car accident wherein the driver who hit me was undocumented and had no insurance. I was left with serious spinal injuries and mounting medical bills, having to take a leave from work...and MY insurance company was anything but helpful! At a loss for how long my recovery was going to take and feeling completely overwhelmed, I reached out to Harrel & Harrell, having never before hired a lawyer. I was immediately greeted by a team of caring professionals who assured me that they could help. Over the past 2+ years, Adam Reager, Brenda Berrios and Patty Cupit have managed ALL of my medical bills (this was HUGE), checked in with me regularly for updates to my rehab progress, coached me and championed our efforts every step of the way! They fought my insurance company fairly but without backing down from what they knew I deserved per policy but also to aid in my continuing care. Adam, Brenda and Patty have truly been my advocates during this whole ordeal and I could not be happier with their honesty, support, encouragement and ultimately, the settlement. I am very grateful to their team and highly recommend them!

I had the pleasure of working with Allison Champion at Harrell and Harrell, as they were trying to help us after my daughter was involved in a car accident, where she was a passenger. Allison investigated the matter and helped me to understand what steps I should take in order to resolve this matter. They were not able to recovery any extra money for us, because the person at fault had very low liability limits, but she guided me through the process and helped me to understand what steps I need to take next to pay the medical bills that will be coming. After all was said and done, they didn't charge me any fees, even though she worked tirelessly to find those extra funds. Thank you to Allison, and to Harrell and Harrell, for trying to help. My experience with Carmen Byrd was so appreciated. When Carmen was assigned to my case a saw immediate change. My previous representative was M.I.A. Carmen kept me up to date with my case. She addressed my questions and concerns. If I left a message it was returned that day. I never had to wonder or guess. If it wasn’t for her I don’t think this experience would have been a good one and my comments would differ. Thank you Ms. Carmen Byrd for turning a difficult time in my life into a comfortable one. Receiving compensation for injuries from a car accident is not a quick process. You spend very little time with your attorney & lots of time with the paralegal assigned to you.
