Wasn’t pleased with my experience. Failed to answer calls and return them. Also wouldn’t respond to emails. Just very poor communication all around.

My sister and I were injured in a hit and run accident. We both thought that we would be left with mental anguish, medical bills and injuries for years to come. We felt that justice would not be served. We felt like the criminal and not the victims. Our concern was....Who would be there to support us? Thank goodness for Mrs. Carmen B. Byrd (Case Manager). She was absolutely brilliant!! She took the initiative to explain the law to us. This compassion shown by Mrs. Byrd gave us courage and determination to believe that honesty still prevails.
