Bad experience they promise a lot, but I constantly had to tell them about the mistakes they made. They didn't go over the cost from the insurance after I sent them all the paperwork. Simple mistakes harrell company should have caught but didn't look over the paperwork. I would not recommend them for any legal work! After you sign on the dotted line it's hard to get them to do there job. I ended up paying a lot more than I should have because of there neglect and not keeping up with the paperwork they had me send them. Get another attorney don't use Harrell and Harrell.

From day one I have felt like a person, not just another "case." Nicole Cantu has kept me current every step of the way. She is thorough, and professional, and friendly. That is a tough combination, however she does it well. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Harrell & Harrell! I always received excellent service! My phone calls were always returned within minutes as were my emails. I felt as if my questions were always answered and I was always updated. I worked with Nancy Gregg and she was nothing short of amazing. I will always be grateful to her and her efficient and effective ways! 5 Stars across the board!

I loved Rosanna Wilcox she made sure every step of the way through the whole process she kept in very good contact with me letting me know exactly what's going on. I also loved that she was there any time I needed her she was quick responding to anyone form of contact all in all Harrell & Harrell was very good to me. Great experience during a really difficult time. Holt, Sarah, and Julie were informative and professional. They really seemed to work in my best interest. Depending on your situation, be prepared for the lengthy process and the possibility that the percentage for the attorney fees may increase given the gravity of the case. Overall, good experience thanks for the team of professional on my case.

David Black and Amy Seamon were the best in helping with my 86 year old mother's claim for a horrible car accident. They were both so caring about my poor mom who's way of life was changed drastically due to the accident. They were both very compassionate about getting my mom some justice due to another person's carelessness. We knew nothing about the legal process and both David and Amy took so much time in meeting with us and carefully taking us through legal system. I would personally like to thank David and Amy for their commitment and expertise in our claim against another person's negligence.
