I chose Harrell and Harrell because they are local and seemed to care more about people in general. They took my case without hesitation and made me feel valued and important. Every step of the process was explained and if I didn't understand, they were happy to go over the process again until I did understand. Kelly was absolutely amazing! She always kept me informed as to what was going on and was with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Harrell and Harrell to anyone that needed a personal injury attorney.

This is my 2nd. time I've had to hire a law firm. Immediately, I call Harrell & Harrell. They are in touch with you informing you and of your claim regularly. In fact that assurance is all you need. I have to say that Rosanne Wilcox and working with her is a great feeling knowing she's attentive to your personal affairs. She is a very customer service oriented person that does not play with making it her priority to respect yours. Thanks Harrell & Harrell.
