After attempting to retain the services of a number of larger advertised legal firms, I elected to chose the services of Postillion Law Group. In short I wanted a more personal direct representation, one of which I did not feel overwhelmed or intimated. This particular case involved long term disability insurances. I was introduced to Mr. Chris Kinnaman , and subsequently, after review of my position, we evaluated the options available to myself. What impressed me, was the candid approach and formulation of an initial outline of strategy in which to proceed. It was explained that as things unfolded we would reevaluate options. I felt Chris became more akin to a partner in attempting to reconcile the issues as well as to provide a satisfactory outcome , this feeling was extremely important to myself. Typical to disability case appeals, the process can be overwhelming at best. Chris remained attentive to the case and kept me informed of same throughout I was extremely happy to be finally notified the appeal was successful. This reversal represented a fair amount of income.
