YES! WE GOT APPROVED! First of all, I want to thank this law office (Gjoka Law Firm, PLLC) especially to Atty. Ardian Gjoka who has been guiding us from the very beginning of our green card application until the end. When we first applied for Adjustment Of Status, only me and my wife did the application but unfortunately, that application was denied. We were very worried at that time, so we decided to find an immigration lawyer to help us. I just saw this law office online and we tried to go. When we arrived at his office, we felt like our spirits were lifted because the first time we met, Atty. Ardian immediately told us not to worry because it can be solved. So, we didn’t hesitate to let him handle our case. We are very amazed by his service, from filing the requirements, he actually compiled the papers, he himself checks the documents if all of them are correct and complete. If you need to call him on the phone because you have a clarification on the papers, he really answers. If he can't answer your call, he will definitely call you back. If you text him, he really replies. This lawyer is very kind and very approachable. He didn't leave us alone from the beginning to the end, in fact, he really accompanied me and my wife on the day of our interview at the immigration office. When it comes to the price we pay him, it's just right, not expensive and no hidden charges. The cost that he asked for from the beginning, that's all we gave. To you Atty. In my opinion this is the best immigration lawyer in Jacksonville. I had an incredibly hard case. My husband’s green card was denied and he was given a 5 year bar for an order of removal in absentia. This meant he was stuck in El Salvador and our family was was being torn apart. I was at the time living in Texas and called multiple lawyers and no one would take my case. My sister had recently moved to Jacksonville from Tennessee so I started calling lawyers in Florida. Mr.Gjoka answered the phone and I remember asking him “Is there any hope?” He said there is always hope. Those words gave me enough faith to pack my bags leave Houston and drive to Florida with my 3 kids and 2 dogs the next week. On April 12th my husband’s green card was approved and our family has been reunited. God is good and I know it was God that put all the pieces together. I am forever grateful.
