I contacted Mr. Trendowski after experiencing a rather bizarre incident inside a major box store retailer. After exhausting all avenues of help from the retailer I began reaching out to attorneys. While Mr. Trendowski wasn't the first attorney I contacted he certainly was the most empathetic and was more than willing to help me out knowing this wasn't some high dollar lawsuit that either one of us was going to walk away rich from. Jan quickly explained to me the action I needed to take as well as explaining to me the risk involved with pursuing some sort of scorched earth policy which was initially what I had in mind. He also began to take action on my behalf to settle this dispute. At the end of the day and after some strongly worded letters to the retailer everything was resolved perfectly and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I went from being completely out of options to getting my desired results in a matter of weeks and it all stemmed from a basic consultation. Jan certainly went above and beyond anything that I could have ever expected and he will be the first person I call if, God forbid, I ever need anymore legal advice.

I hired Jan about 2 years ago living in CT but had a Florida case. He was able to manage both states and took the time, care and effort to keep me posted on everything as it was happening.
