I hired Mr. Lucas to defend me in a DUI case in January 2017. Mr. Lucas made sure to answer any questions I had and to help make the process as least stressful as possible by keeping me informed and educated at all times. We ultimately won with a Not Guilty verdict in a jury trial and it is all thanks to Mr. Lucas and his teams' expertise in the field of DUI defense and law.

After reviewing my file he was able to identify an approach to take defending me in my case. Within a couple month Jonathan was successful in getting my DUI case DISMISSED, not reduced to a lessor charge, completely DISMISSED! Jonathan Lucas of the David Willis Law Group, PA was my attorney involving a civil case. He was honest, experienced and always prepared. Jonathan handled my case in a professional manner with the best possible outcome in mind. Over a 3 year period he went to court at least 6 times and the judge ruled on my behalf. Anyone who has dealt with legal issues knows that it is a slow process often slowed further by the legal representatives dragging their feet. This is not the case with Mr. Lucas. For me, it was a very expedient process in which he kept me well informed and well involved every step of the way. Without going into detail, I was charged with a D.U.I. I was innocent, but the evidence was piled against me. After Mr. Lucas extensively reviewed and researched my case, he met with me and clearly explained my legal status, my options and the probability of success per my choices. My best bet was to plea, but I chose to fight. Lucas went to battle, overcame all odds, and won me my freedom. I would not only trust Mr. Lucas with issues in his area of expertise, but also with his guidance with any legal issue that I may encounter.
