Mr. Dugan answered all my questions in a professional, but friendly manner. I had a trust and will from another state, but had to redo everything to comply with Florida law. The reasons why were clearly explained, as the previous attorney created the wrong kind of trust, which would have had to go through probate. The staff at Wavecrest Legal are a pleasure to work with.

Adam was most thorough helping us set up several corporate and partnership agreements. He suggested enhancements to our goals that fine tuned the agreements making them perfect for the task at hand. A pleasure to work with.

Adam is very knowledgeable regarding estate law, also very thorough when handling a case. He's personable, and very good at explaining the "legaleze" when working on your case. He handled my father's estate as well as setting up a trust for my husband and me.

Mr. Dugan was very knowledgeable in helping us with estate planning (even though our "estate" isn't a very large one...). He listened carefully to our wants and needs and seemed to truly care about setting up an estate plan that was well suited to our family. We have used him several times since our first encounter with him, and often comment on how lucky we were to have randomly found Adam online.
