Anne knew I was experiencing catastrophic blood pressure and planning my trust was urgent. She took payment in full and promised me 2 weeks turnaround. Then the excuses began. Then Anne went on summer vacation. As in not available for the rest of the summer.. In the meantime I had an angioplasty and my estate was unprotected, with my 13 year old as my only heir. There's a lot more to it, but about 3 months later I received the balance of my paperwork. When I asked for a meeting I was told I could speak on the phone with her. It goes on but you get the idea. I’m the end she took $5k off me and I had to pay another atty for a trust. Not a good experience.

Anna was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and provided a wealth of advice to my father and I with our planning. We appreciated her time and guidance.
