Jennifer Cunha delivers a very informative condo law related webinar weekly on Thursdays. This is technical enough to be eligible for lawyer CEU credits and easy enough for any lay person to understand. It is open to the public to register for and attend and questions about the day's topic are welcome and answered. Attending these webinars is an easy way for board members and owners in a condo community to stay abreast of the law and its many, frequent changes. It is a good way for board members to know what can be regulated and how to enforce rules made to operate their condos fairly and effectively. It is also a good way for other owners to know their rights when dealing with board members who make unreasonable rules or enforce them inconsistently. I can't say enough appreciative adjectives about the fact that this service is provided to all. It has been available for years and I hope it is continued for many years to come. Thanks Jenn.
