My lawyer assisted me with registration of my trademark and all the processes involved. This firm was very thorough and contacted me throughout the entire process which took a great deal of time. The constant communication was excellent and always welcome. I never had to call and constantly ask questions because they always emailed me and contacted me. Frank Ciaramella did an excellent job helping our company navigate the arcane and bureaucratic language of the United States Trademark and Patent Office when they sent a rejection letter at the five year renewal period for our all-important trademark. The matter was resolved in a few short weeks at a very minimal cost -- something we could not have achieved on our own. We now have a ten year extension for our mark.
