1. I had several driving infractions resulting from driving with a suspended license. 2. I spoke to several attorneys and found Andrew Simko to be the most empathetic. He was also the most reasonably priced. 3. Andrew was always accessible when I called him. If he was in court he responded promptly when he finished his court proceedings. He was personable and easy to speak to. 4. Most of the charges against me were dropped. My biggest charge was lessened from a felony to a misdemeanor. 5. I was able to leave the state and move forward on my life.

I received Andrew's name as a referral and immediately called him. As you can imagine, I had never experienced this situation, my child was in the wrong place, wrong time and while responsible for what occurred, this would be a life altering situation. Andrew Simko is a brilliant, compassionate and extremely hard working attorney. He went above and beyond what 95% of lawyers in field will do. He not only knows the law he knows how to command a courtroom and communicate for his clients . He is an excellent communicator, especially to someone whose profession is not the law. He is very through in explaining all the details and pros and cons of the case. He responds to texts and phone calls within minutes, even to let you know he's tied up but will get back to you at a specific time that same day. Not many people in any profession do that anymore.
