Attorney Dustin Hunter was not my first choice because I didn't know him but he came with a good recommendation and has become one of the most important persons in my life. My experience with Dustin has been nothing but fabulous and I've recommended many people to him for all sorts of issues. I'd say make him your first choice to at least a conference of your needs. If he doesn't think he can best represent you for your situation he will be open and honest about it and point you in the right direction. As far as I'm concerned there's not an issue he can't help you with. Dustin represented me for a series of different issues. 1. A misdemeanor marijuana charge that was handled by way of a Pre-trial intervention and a simple probation period. But he got the job done in a thorough and timely manner. 2. He helped me by representing me in a fight for my pension that was at risk due to the arrest and came up with a solution that worked for both me and my previous employer and the state of Florida who my pension was managed through. In the end, I received my pension in full. 3. Dustin also represented me in a felony case which was handled in a concise and timely manner as well, and was potentially the fight of my life, but he was able to work with the state's attorney to come to a mutual understanding of the situation and get the charges reduced to something that we could all work with. My original charge carried a huge penalty if found guilty that could not have "withhold of adjudication" which would have been a major problem but he was able to reconcile with them to allow the charge to be reduced so that I could have that withhold of adjudication and therefore have the potential to have the crime squashed in the end. All in all Dustin knows the law and knows his way around the state's attorney's office and through his professionalism, his approach to people and attention to detail will get your job done too.
