I needed a lawyer to establish a Will and Trust. Went through several websites to see what lawyers in Key West would be the best to work this requirement. I chose and used Samuel Kaufman because of his outstanding website. Not only did it say his firm provided these services but the Estate Planning and Probate Administration drop-down articulated exactly the services I required. Throughout our first meeting Samuel carefully explained what was required for establishing a Will and Trust. In less than 1 week he sent me the draft to review and within another week we were going thru the document and signed. He again explained the importance of each document and what I needed to do with the Trust portion of the overall Will. He and his staff are true professionals and would highly recommend them for their legal services.

Terrible. Asked if theyre attorneys deal with landlord tenant cases, they told me NO but they can cunsult for $150. Are you kidding me either you do or you dont why would I pay you to just talk about the problem I have and have you tell me "We dont take cases like that"

Friendly and prompt service from both Mr. Kaufman and his Receptionist. I went with a friend but will be going back to conduct some business of my own too. Mr. Kaufmann has the type of personality that puts one at-ease immediately.

Recently hired a "prosecutor" to his team, worst lawyer Ive ever dealt with!! Made false promises, said they would file motions and never did, plead to charges and did NO negotiations... Would NOT recommend to anyone...

Do not hire this man he will lie and steel from you ,he is a incompetent lawyer at best and when you call him out on what he promise you in hes office he will tell you did you make me put it in writing ani i will take you yo court if you dont pay up now. He forced me to pay an extra 10k to a former lawyer under the threat of him talking legal action aginst me if i dont pay up . Even though he promises me i would not have to pay that becaus it was a frivolys clame. Truthfully i beleve this person belongs in jail for hes actions .
