I hired Loriellen Robertson after having a horrible experience with another lawyer who failed to show up to my sons court date. She was super professional and even though we had to wait for a new court date, she was able to get it all taken care of at the arraignment and have my son released that same day. Loriellen and Sahara are amazing. Sahara made me feel welcomed and promptly answered any questions, texts or emails. Loriellen is by far the most organized and prepared attorney I’ve ever met. If you get arrested in the keys my advice is very simple. Hire the best defense attorney in the Florida Keys. His knowledge of the law and his reputation with the prosecutors is worth its weight in gold. My husband was arrested on Feb 28th, 2023 for BUI and his case was dismissed today (05/17/2023). It was dismissed due to the professionalism and knowledge of this law firm. Dustin truly helped my family at a time when we needed it. If you are looking for help in a time of trouble, I will save you some time and heartache. Just call them! I know I would if I had to do it again.

Wouldn't waste your money. Honestly lost crucial evidence in my case. Made very important decisions against what I wanted. In the end I fired her because I asked for specific things to be done before I gave more money they agreed. 3 weeks later nothing was done and of course I got the ultimatum pay or I will resign from case. Very unorganized Loriellen very unsupported during a difficult time in my life and was only worried about money. I don't understand all these good reviews my first one was removed some how. She had 3 cases for me she did good on one of them.

I had to leave my husband of 15 years and get as far away from him as possible, 400 miles from the Keys. I wasn't going to drive back and forth for court or to find an attorney so I had to go by Google reviews even though it may be one of the biggest decisions you ever make in your life. Loriellen delivered far and above what I ever ever was expecting!!!! Her assistant Sahara is off the chart amazing as well. And to boot they were more ethical than I could have ever imagined! Trust these gals, you will not be disappointed!!!!!!

Called to ask if they would consider a case involving conversion of personal property. Lady answering the phone said she never heard of that word, and would therefore not share any information? She made no sense at all. I have rarely spoken to, or been spoken to, in such a rude, abrupt and decidedly ignorant manner. Her ‘Goodbye’ was heavily laced with disdain. Changed to a five because a partner from the firm called early the next morning to investigate. She was professional, sincere, and in spite of being upset by the review, took the time to address the very real concern that prompted the phone call to begin with. She also assured me they would address this with their staff. Ended up being a refreshing experience in spite of a not very pleasant start!
