Phil was the attorney who handled my case and he is an amazing attorney. Not only is he knowledgeable, determined and incredibly competent but he has empathy which is such a rare quality in this world. He’s very patient and takes the time to explain things to you, even if he needs to explain it multiple times. He treats your case like it’s the only case he’s handling and goes above and beyond. He is also very direct and honest which is something I really appreciate. Just a backstory - I was arrested for misdeameanor battery - a crime I did not commit. I can’t thank Robert enough for what he did for me in such a short time. I was facing serious false accusations by a neighbor who had a personal vendetta against me and my family. I engaged Mr Malove to handel an expongment for me . He contacted me that same day and we started the process, his staff was very commutative and helped step by step though the process. I hope to not need a lawer anytime soon but if I do I will definitely use Mr Malove.
