Recently I was in court in Key West on one of my cases and while I was waiting for my case to be called, I observed attorney Phil Glenn in action. He had the command of the courtroom. The prosecutors were all paying close attention as Phil answered the judge's questions. The prosecutors were all fumfering for answers. None of them could provide an adequate reply and the judge was not persuaded. The case was dismissed. Over the past few years my practice has grown considerably. I won't go into detail, but I was in a situation to where I needed the best attorney, and I was fortunate enough that an out of state former federal judge's network (family friend) eventually lead me to Phil Glenn. I was in an extremely foreign and quite frankly, terrifying situation. Although I've never previously needed a criminal defense attorney, I do have experience hiring other attorneys so I have some perspective. Phil is a cut above, and this was immediatley apparent even prior to the ultimate outcome (dismissal). He was extremely organized, process driven, and kept me abreast of each phase of the process. However, beyond that, he seemed to truly care and that's something which is difficult to fake. If you are simply another number in a portfolio of faceless clients, you'll know. This was not the case. My charges were ultimately dismissed. My bottom line here is that there are only a few moments in life where a hiring choice has the potential to affect your future, so please trust Phil.
