Looking for expert atorny

Very knowledgeable!

My previous counsel failed to follow through on closing a lien that was paid through his office back in 2012. Earlier this year, I received a letter from this attorney filing a motion to remove themselves from counsel of record. I found this odd, and sure enough it followed with another letter from his office. Enclosed was a motion to foreclose on a HOA lien for $30,000. This was not a pleasant surprise, as I had record of every payment. My attorney made a mistake and rather than correct it, he tried to wash his hands of it all together. I reached out to Melendez Law, and from day 1 they handled my case thoroughly and diligently. The most impressive part to me was that they communicated every single step of the way. Today the case is closed, the phantom lien was proved to have been satisfied in 2012. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Case closed forever!
