Thank you for always being available to answer my questions and help guide me when I was in doubt of how to handle these difficult challenges. By providing the tools I needed to make the right choice for my situation and conquer through. Benenatis' Law firm has an awesome Team and great etiquette from phone, email and Front desk coordinator whom is the first contact when entering the office. Attorneys’ Ms. Olga and Ms. Padilla were so welcoming and comforting this morning when I met with them outside of the courtroom. My nervousness went out the door because not only was God with us but Ms.Olga and Ms.Padilla showed such confidence and great energy. I was very impressed. At the end of my meeting with the Trustee I thanked and shook Ms. Olga's hand because I felt it wasn’t appropriate to hug her in the courtroom. I completely feel and trust I can press the RESTART BUTTON! Well my daughter and I are off to have a great lunch. Totally painless! You meet once with Mr. Benenati, once with a paralegal to go over your debts, and then once at the courthouse with the trustee. There is some work involved on your part getting all your paperwork together, and taking two online "classes". I think total I put about 5 or 6 hrs into it. Cost is very reasonable, considering you come out the other side debt free! Initial consultation is free, so you have nothing to lose. Hubby and I were VERY impressed with the understanding, non-judgemental attitude from everyone in the office. It is a relaxing professional office, which instills a sense of confidence. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

My wife and I came to Benenati law firm for a bankruptcy. I was going on about two months of sleepless nights. The stress was starting to affect our family life. We were worried we would loose our family home that we worked so hard to get. And all because we had not informed ourselves on this whole process. So we walked in and from the beginning we new we had found our attorney. We were first notified on the first day that according to our situation our home could not be touched and that we were going to be ok. And from that night on as we kept going thru the process the more sleep I would get until last night. Last night when we were informed that we had been discharged the feeling was incredible it felt like this weight was lifted off our backs.
