When I called the free consultation line, I wasn't on the phone with the woman more than 15 seconds. I didn't even get to explain myself and she told me that's out of the realm of what that office does. I told her maybe if she gave me a second to explain better and she said she could refer me out. So without even listening to me they can determine that they can't help me. I guess it isn't Morgan & Morgan for the people. If you don't listen for sure you can't help.(This is an update... Morgan if you think you might have to go to trai you charge your clients 40.% listen just listen to my case Mr Morgan John you fell short again I higher you guys back in July 2019 on a slip and fall where I had to have my neck fusion Michael Smith was my attorney on that case and you guys did something right after the demand letter was wrote 5 million then a week later Michael Smith called me and said I didn't have a case that there was no way I could win . Well I found an attorney BARRY MITTELBURG IN A SMALL TOWN IN FLORIDA HE TOOK THAT CASE AND WE SETTLED IT IN 2022 . Now I thought I would try you on this case . This is a medical mail practice case I been going to integrity medical group since 2019 they have done 3 of my surgeries neck , elbow then my rotator cuff surgery everything went well until May 29 I pick up a qt of milk and I heared the pop in my left bicep land pain so I go to waterman's hospital and they believe it was a complete tair of my bicep and for me to contact my surgeon so I did I saw her a PA . she said yeah it was a complete tair now she told no no I wouldn't need another surgery she said john eliway played a football with one so she said there will be a disharmony on the bottom of my bicep and I would be fine . Now I called her a few days later cause I was having pain in my left bicep she said that normal on about 3 weeks later July 25 she released to go to work now I am a delivery driver and I am having pain I just thought it was just using it well yesterday I was looking on line about how how long does it take to heal well they don't heal and for they say I had about 4 weeks no longer then 6 weeks. Now I filled oall this information and your office called me to call you so I did and the worst person interviewed me he couldn't even speak its hard to understand him.anyway he said In about 1 minutes he since I didn't go to anyone else cause integrity medical group I trusted they have done all my surgeries that you guys wouldn't take this case damn shame John your supposed be there no you guys do get settlement but you guys do work for 33 1/3 but if you guys have to fight you guys and as mike said if you guys have go to trial you guys take 40% damn us people that have medical bills and all the pain and suffering abd you want 40% I Can't believe the courts let you almost rob people. Everyone just cause they tell you don't have a case Morgan and Morgan lie bad when. You higher they tell you theyb are going to be right beside you don't believe this they will drop you SEC.
