A family member was committed under the Baker Act Law for psychiatric evaluation.Mr Mullins took this case on because it is similar to an arrest My family member was sent to a hospital two hours away. Mr. Mullins studied the law and traveled out of the area to meet with doctors. His feedback to me helped me to worry less. His presence with the medical professionals, I believe, ensured a prompt return of my family member to his local community, doctors and friends. Mr. Mullins is not out to "win" for himself or his reputation. He is working to get the best outcome for his client.

Having been nearly 60 days into my incarceration at the Osceola County Jail I instructed my girlfriend to go ahead and search on Google for criminal defense attorneys in the Kissimmee area I instructed to her to sort them by their reviews and sure enough attorney Mullins was at the top of the list and rightfully so! After speaking to him on the phone from the jail and providing him some insight as to where I got where I was he reassured me that he would be able to obtain the results that I was looking for. Attorney Mullins was professional courteous always responsive and available and got to working on my case immediately. I was pulled over for dui in Osceola county I blew a 0.2 but still got arrested because I failed to pass the road test according to the sheriff so I hired Mr Mullins from the beginning he in couraged me to do a jury trial I dint want to but he comforted me we could win I was willing to plea if I wouldn't lose my license but the DA OFFICE wanted the full charge of DUI so I went to trial and my attorney was incredible with his dui knowledge and with the complete court system and 50 minutes into delibaration i was found not guilty he is amazing in court and knowledge of Dui unbelievable he overwhelmed the DA office in defendinf me all I can say is I extremely urge anybody that needs an attorney to consider him tkyou
