Michele didnt care to help, give me options nor solutions, had an attitude saying “well i cant help you” she doesnt sound like a kind compassionate person that cares about your case. I an aware she couldnt help me but she didnt have to dismiss me rudely. Had an appointment 2 days ago that i waited 2 weeks for but she canceled it rescheduled and finally i get ahold of her its a 3 minute call with exactly as i described no help at all. Theyre all in it for the money dont expect them to care.
