My son was facing a second degree felony along with other charges. Mr. Kelley fought and had most of the charges dropped and the felony was also dropped to a 3rd degree felony. My son being a first time offender now will have the opportunity to redeem himself. My son faced zero jail time and received one year probation. I believe all things considered this was a huge blessing that brought Mr. Kelley into our lives. If I ever needed to suggest a criminal attorney to anyone it would be him! Thank you Mr. Kelley! You did an amazing job!

This man is a genuine life saver! I was a nervous wreck throughout the whole process from my first initial arrest the whole way through my court date and thanks to Mr Kelley, he made it feel first off not so stressful, but his confidence transcended down to me to where bout time my court date came around I felt really good. My 26 year old daughter was arrested on domestic battery charges. I hired Nick Kelley to represent her. The battery charges were against my wife and me. We wanted to see her charges dropped by the state. Nick was able to achieve that result in 10 days and prior to her court date for entering her plea. He did that through a thorough knowledge of the procedures and people involved, including the judge and the prosecutor. He is a good criminal lawyer whom I would recommend.
