THESE PEOPLE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARELESS! They sent a letter to my house saying that they were representing a client who sustained injuries from a collision that I was involved in but I was not involved in any car accident at the time. When asked for more details, they mentioned a name and car that belonged to NO ONE in my household. How are you going to reach out to someone without getting your facts straight? What kind of attorney's office is this? They said there was a police report filed and everything but how did they get the name and address wrong? This is extremely unprofessional.
