Patrick Douglas has handled several different things for us and we have always been pleased but he took on a very special case for us when he took on the life insurance company of our 15 month old grandson Jayden Lee Padgett who passed away November 2, 2020 from Menkes Disease and the insurance denied his claim. Patrick did what he said he would do he got the insurance to pay the policy in full plus interest! We as a family from myself and my husband to my ex husband and his wife and our children and other family members will forever be grateful to him for helping us obtain this during the worst heartbreak a family can go through!

Let me start by saying what a wonderful job the attorneys and staff did for me after my accident. Before I hired Douglas & Douglas as my attorney, i hired what i like to call a "chain attorney" because there's so many of them around. That was a mistake. These "chain attorneys" only care about turnover as quick as possible. Douglas & Douglas are not like that. They really care about you and how your treatments are going. Plus Douglas & Douglas got me double the amount the "chain" attorney promised.

Patrick and all of his staff are superstars! I actually moved my case from Morgan and Morgan and am so glad I did, They treated me like family! I don’t think you’ll find a more caring group of people anywhere and if you’re having to get an attorney it’s probably a stressful time in your life you will find compassion and empathy with this law firm! They took care of everything from A to Z took a lot of the stress off of me and for that I will forever be grateful! They treated me like a real person not a number and were always 100 no smoke screens or promises that you want to hear but then does not get delivered. Would recommend this Law Firm to anyone who is looking for an honest, caring, and highly professional team of experts. From the first call to the final meeting, they were always there to answer my questions and handle anything that came up. The entire staff, from Tiffany to Patrick to the Partners, all took the time to keep me informed about the status of my case. I have never had to seek out a Lawyer before this incident so I was very weary at first but they really put me at ease from our first meeting. If you want someone that will work for your best interest, definately give them a call.
