These people are the best people i know they are for the people they will help in most matters i had doubts bug i called them and i won 2 wrongful eviction cases they helped me and im sure they can help you dont hesitate call them today if you need help

The people are very nice but as far as helping you with a case it's ridiculous the way they day it's for ppl in need but when your in need they don't know how to help your broke self... It's made me very upset bc I used to like them they were helpful, now they just want you to get off that other end of the phone.

This not for profit legal clinic turns away people in need without taking more than 60 seconds to ascertain the facts or circumstances of a potential client. No attempt was made to understand the issues, they are simply looking for an excuse not to help. The staff here does not listen or explore, preferring instead to believe a cookie cutter approach is somehow going make the best difference. If you need free legal help in civil matters in Northern Florida I suppose this is still where you must go--but to those who make grants and donations please consider that your money could go further elsewhere in the community.
