I had a problem with my deceased wife's 401K account because we never set up a beneficiary. Although this was out of their normal purview, D&D jumped right in and determined what actions were needed. Bottom line: funds were recovered and transferred to my account with minimal effort on my part.
Everyone I encountered at the agency were happy, exceeding cordial and seemed to go out of their way to help me.
They hold my highest appreciation and I would most strongly recommend them for any services you may require!

My husband used attorney Seth for an accident issue. He had to work his case dealing with recording issues from the local hospital and some previous medical issues. He got me a fair settlement based on what he had to work with. I will use this law firm in the future if need arises. Seth and Patrick worked hard on his case.

I never thought I would find myself in the middle of something I didn't ask for, but sure enough I did. And I could NOT have found a better team of attorneys to represent me. My career was in court administration and varied offices dealing with the legal system, so I have seen many attorneys in action, and I can assure you, I wish there was a rating much, much higher than a 5 star, because they are by far the best there is. They have my heart and my respect and my heartfelt thanks to God for leading me to them.

Everyone at this Firm was extremely helpful, respectful, and never hesitated to explain anything to me or answer any questions/concerns. They did an amazing job for me. I highly recommend them & would without any doubt or consideration use them again if a situation ever occured where I needed a lawyer for a personal injury claim. Out of the lawyers I talked to they are the only ones that looked at my records and the reason they couldn't take the case is because the statue was so close and he was going to be out of town for a month and he said it needed immediate attention I would recommend Douglas and Douglas to anyone thank yall for trying

Case took 11 months. With my first lawyer Mark Communication wasn’t the best, However the case got passed over the Seth Nix and he was amazing and super helpful. Always kept me updated on things and wrapped my case up in the last 2 months. Super grateful. Thanks again.
