I reached out to Alex McClure (along as other attorneys) via email. He was quick to respond, very attentive, and put me at ease. I never once had to set a foot in his office. He helped me through my entire process in such a prompt manner and professionalism. He made himself available via email and phone at all times. I didn’t have to jump through any special hoops to speak to him. HE always responded to my emails and HE always responded to my calls. I was being sued by a debt collection agency and he promptly worked his magic and had everything settled before the court date. I recommend him over and over to any and everyone! He made no false promises and was very honest with what he would try to do. He completely exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be any happier with the outcome. I thank him from the bottom of my heart!

"It can't be!" I said out loud in disbelief with no one but myself to hear. Staring blankly at my banking app on my cell, I couldn't believe my eyes. All seven checking and savings accounts reduced to $0.00 balance. I logged off the app and logged back on hoping it was a website glitch, still all zeros, all my funds completely vanished. Not wasting a minute I called the bank, they had nary a clue. Drove to the bank and entered the familiar building sure footed confident everything was okay and made my way to my safe deposit box. Alper Law handled our rather complex and lengthy case with professionalism and competence. Their attention to detail and thoroughness was remarkable. I don't feel like 5 stars is good enough for all the gratitude I owe Alex! I was slapped with a lawsuit out of nowhere from a debt close to 5 years old. While I know debts don’t magically just go away on their own, I have not been contacted or reached out to regarding this since the event so naturally I have forgotten this as life goes on. You can imagine my surprise when I got the knock on my door past 9 PM to serve me with the court paperwork! I sat there staring at the documents, scouring each page attempting to make sense of the whole thing and what they were asking. After contemplating enough on my own I started to research the firm pursing me and found out they were a pretty big deal. I then turned my search to possible law firms who handle these sort of cases as everyone who posted reviews or articles in a similar situation, highly recommended this. I came across Alex's website and started reading articles that he had written and published himself. I was surprised at the amount of knowledge and experience he displayed on the topic of debt collection and defense. I started reading review after review after review until I ultimately decided to schedule a call to review my situation with him. Right off the bat he was very friendly and accommodating. He scheduled my consult after hours due to my work schedule and stayed on the phone with me for an hour offering me many kind words of advice and steps I should take if not choosing him to handle my case. Not once did I feel any sort of pressure, it was the exact opposite. Alex made this whole process feel effortless on my end, which is huge for consumers! At our first meeting he reviewed every detail with me, picking up on key pieces of data that we could use that to me, seemed irrelevant. I have never been more terrified than when I realized I had a bank garnishment put against me. I immediately realized I needed legal assistance and searched all over for an attorney to represent me, when I stumbled on Alex's page. I immediately called him and he answered promptly and I knew it was a long shot getting him to take my case due to me living in the panhandle of Florida and him practicing in Central Florida, but without hesitation he took it and calmed me down right away bc I'm sure he could here the desperation in voice, and me fighting back the tears while telling him my situation. My case was as Alex called it "one that you would see on a law exam" due to its complexity, and I was expecting the worse, but Alex went ABOVE & BEYOND and had all of our money returned to us within a record breaking time frame. He not only did this but is now negotiating a settlement, we can actually afford so we can put this situation behind us. There's so much more I could say and brag on him about, but I will stop at this, I have never spoke with a more knowledgeable, and caring attorney, most attorney's are just out to get your money and don't really care about you individually or your situation it's just another job to them but that is the complete opposite of what Alex is, he cares, he is extremely fair on pricing, and did I mention he did the IMPOSSIBLE and had our money returned to us in RECORD breaking time!! If your looking for "THE BEST" attorney to represent you and want to have confidence that he will get the job done when odds are stacked against him then look no further because Alex is your guy. I could never thank him enough for what he has done for us!!

Let me start by saying that the receptionist or paralegal or whoever answered the phone to prescreen people for the attorney, is very rude and hung up on me so for that reason I would never ever never ever never ever never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever consider hiring this law firm just based on their professionality or should I say lack there of

My husband and I were faced with some very a intimidating, and a seemingly complicated immigration situation (to us), when we were referred to Charles Smith by a close friend of ours.
