I contacted Alex about debt that had a civil complaint filed and he had an initial consult for free. Alex was exceptionally easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the specific creditors I have and the situation I’m in as well as consulting on best resolution options for me to look into myself. awful terrible, stay away from these crooks! I was told they could give me advice on my student loans. After i paid and started the consultation, Jon told me he wasnt an expert in student loans , so he couldnt help me that much...he wound up calling another lawyer- 3rd party phone call- and i wound up paying for 2 lawyers- and NO advice worthy to speak of!
