I have rescinded my earlier negative review against Mr. Strawcutter in light of recent steps that he made to rectify our issue. We originally had Mr. Strawcutter look into our immigration case 2 years ago when he was practicing immigration law, but unfortunately we lost contact; somehow we were not getting each other's emails. When he reached out to me immediately following my negative review, he promptly apologized for the miscommunication, and showed us his correspondence to us which somehow we never received. He graciously offered to refund our money for initial services, and offered to meet with us and discuss next steps to his immigration referral attorneys, since he no longer practices immigration law. In the end, Mr. Strawcutter has the decency and conscience to right a serious wrong and for that we are grateful.

When we needed someone to help with our financial issue we did have to look very far. William sat with us and spoke with us for a long time and he really did listen and should compassion. Medical bills and dept just got us hard and we were at our wits end. He was very understanding and very help thru the entire process. First and foremost the whole team is phenomenal!. Their service is impeccable and I never had to worry about any progress on my case. The whole team individually did their part ensuring what I was seeking for could be possible. I was mind blown during mediation due to the actions I was watching Jay and William perform on behalf of my case. I never felt more comfortable as I did during mediation session and the professionalism which was portrayed ensured the money I spent was well invested. When I was searching for an attorney for my husband I must of spoke with 4 different ones. Alex Smith-Johnson was the only one that pointed out a very specific and important word from the charges that non of the others did. And he also explained to me just how serious Florida takes that specific charge. That's when I knew who we were gonna hire. Alex jumped right on the case and started filing motions etc.. He kept me updated on everything that was happening. And trust me when I say I was horrible sometimes to deal with, but he understood how badly I wanted my husband back home and was always still polite and respectful no matter what. If it wasn't for Alex, I probably wouldn't be seeing my husband (if the state got its way) in person till 2021/2022. But now I get him back home in 6 days. Sept 8th 2020.. So Alex if we ever need another criminal attorney, you will be the first and only one we'll call !! And yes I would recommend you to any and all of our friends and family that may ask us if we know any great attorney !!!
