I personally had a great experience with this firm. I recently had a denial by the ATF for an NFA item. I had tried resolving it myself by purchasing my identity history summary and applying for a voluntary appeal file with the FBI with no results. I had contacted Christine who was able to quickly identify discrepancies and missing information on my summary report that is causing my issues. I would have never found this myself and the FBI or ATF would have never informed me of this. I highly recommend their services and will happily consult with them if needed anytime in the future. My real name is Michael Hamel. I have to fix the Black Knight thing one day. I had an issue getting my CWL from 36 years ago.
