Where do I even begin? William is an amazing lawyer who takes time to listen and makes sure he understands what you need before giving his advice. Let me start off by saying, William and his team are amazing! From start to finish the process was so simple. Bankruptcy is a heart wrenching word for alot of us. But, William eases you into everything. Nothing felt forced, he did not pressure me into doing it. The initial meeting went so smooth. William sits you down, walks you through the different risks, and benefits of a bankruptcy. And, of course if its beneficial for your current/future situation. He takes his time going through all your information, paperwork, finances, etc. For me personally, I feel like it went well. It felt almost too easy, but thats how GREAT he is at his job! He really cares about your situation. He was aware of my present financial situation aside from needing a bankruptcy. William helped me out with a payment plan,so i didnt have to pay all fees upfront. The process started in november, and by the end of december, my petition was ready to go. I really recommend William and his firm, for anyone looking for help with a bankruptcy. On a side note, one thing that will always stick with me is, on the day of the hearing, he asked me about my newborn baby, my job, and my girlfriends recovery from birth. Sure it could have been in his notes, but it just made me feel better about the hearing, and the entire situation. Thank you William, I really appreciate the hard work you put into helping me.
